Most of the time I will be making posts like this one, I want to focus on ways to help deal with stress there are so many different kinds of stress but work stress can be by far the most stressful of all of them. Stay away from alcohol and other drugs, although they can be a great temporary fix and It may seem like they are helping your situation, trust me they are not. It may be a quick fix for now but you will start to regret it down the road if you continue to do so. If you are worrying and asking yourself how can you reduce the stress of completing a project well then you are going to have to start cutting down on the booze at least until you can finish the project. Great tip and strategy to go by, I highly recommend it. 
 
Tip Number Two 
Make sure that you realize that it is just part of life, sometimes stress seems like its taking over your life. Remember that it's not always going to be like this. Think about how great it is going to be when you are finished and you have that great weight lifted off your shoulders. Dealing with stress from work can be overwhelming I know but the reward can be even more satisfying then if you weren't so stressed. So think of it as a good thing, I know that sounds crazy but its so true!

Something else you can do to reduce your stress is you can start meditation, this is an excellent technique that tons of people do on a daily basis and it can be used for this exact reason. While you are meditating you can actually ask yourself how can you reduce the stress of completing a project, you might actually come up with some pretty good ideas while in a meditative state. I myself have never meditated but I hear its amazing for anxiety and stress so I would recommend it.

As well as meditation you could always learn how to do some yoga, there are plenty of guides online to learn how to do it you should go give them a look. Yoga has been proven to reduce stress in people and is a great way to get a positive outlook on your life. I do yoga all the time and I love it.
 
Tip Number 5
Take a break, take a nap, whatever it takes to get your mind straight. Sometimes all you need is a little bit of time to rethink your strategy. Sleeping can bring you clarity and can help you lower your stress levels a massive amount.
